Protect your family. Municipal water systems are
not flawless.  We’ve all heard of, or received
notice of a system breach causing us to boil
water before consumption.  Children, the elderly
and anyone with a lowered immune system are
the most susceptible to waterborne bacteria.
What happens when there is a system breach
and you don’t get the notice in time?  The only
way to be confident your water is free of
pathogenic microbes is to destroy them through
disinfection.   Although widely used, chlorine has
several disadvantages.  It reacts with natural
organic materials found in water to produce strong,
often unpleasant taste, harsh odors and even
harmful by-products such as chloroform and
trihalomethanes.

In Europe, UV disinfection has been utilized in
water sanitation for 90 years.   UV sanitation works
as household water passes through the disinfection
chamber.  Ultra Violet Light sterilizes anything that
has nucleic acids including pathogens that cause
staff and strep infections along with Salmonella,
Hepatitis, and of course the potentially deadly E. coli.
The Avian reverse osmosis system (RO) offers an
additional level of quality to your drinking water.
Your water is processed through a series of filters
and a membrane and then stored in a pressurized
tank.

Ondemand, the water is forced out to the storage
tank through a special sink mounted drinking water
faucet ready for your use.  As water is drawn out of
the storage tank, the RO automatically turns itself
on and processes enough water to refill the tank,
ensuring that you always have fresh clean water at
your fingertips.
